Investigating the paranormal can be a fascinating, educational, and altruistic endeavor that can be summed up by listing some of our organization's objectives.
To help others cope with the impact of paranormal events in their lives through investigation and research.
To respect the privacy of our clients by letting them determine what evidence, if any,
SCOPE may release for publicity purposes.
To offer our services to clients free of charge.
To assist the community with historical research and by volunteering to conduct workshops at libraries, town halls, museums, historic sites, and other civic venues.
To initially rule out natural or man-made causes for phenomena observed or
detected during SCOPE investigations.
To encourage all SCOPE members to remain up-to-date regarding recent findings, investigative procedures, and equipment pertinent to paranormal research.
To maintain links with other paranormal research groups in order to promote the
free flow of ideas and effective methodologies.
